I\'d recommend him to anyone looking for a PT

I used Richard as a personal trainer during his time working in Sydney. He made a personalised programme that really got results, and taught me methods I hadn't come across from just going to the gym. You can really tell that his advice comes from experience - I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a PT.
