Brilliant postnatal classes

I was so excited to come across Richard's postnatal classes in the park, as they're exactly what I was looking for! The sessions are varied and fun, and incorporate stretching, cardio, strength and core work, ensuring that each exercise is suitable for post-pregnancy. Richard puts a lot of thought into the sessions and is great to work with.

I've been attending Richard's post-natal classes in the park for a few months now and am really enjoying it. Richard is a great personal trainer who varies each session and keeps us all motivated. The exercises are challenging and pitched at just the right level. I would highly recommend Richard as a trainer.

I have been coming to the class since my son was a couple of months old and I love it - the exercises are aimed at just the right level and I always leave the class feeling stronger and more energised. And it's a great way to meet other mums too.

Richard's postnatal classes are really excellent-very varied and just the right amount of challenge. He's very knowledgeable about the right exercises to do at different stages of your recovery and is a great motivator. It's also a good way to meet other local mums and the babies seem to enjoy watching too!

Perfect kick start!

Not having done much exercise previously I was nervous about joining a class but Richards post natal classes are the perfect kick start that I needed having had a baby. I already feel better and stronger only a few weeks in.

Sessions with Richard are always challenging, varied and fun. No two sessions are the same so I dont get bored or too used to the exercises to make them easy. He knows when to encourage and push me through the exercise which I find really helpful.
I highly recommend training with Richard!

I have been training once a week with Richard at his postnatal class in Queens Park.It has been the perfect gentle introduction back to fitness post baby I'm seeing results already, feeling stronger and an improved core, I can't recommend his class enough for new mums !

I do training with Richard every Monday evening, and it’s a push after a long Monday to do training, but Richard makes it easier, he pushes you, motivates you and keeps the momentum up during the training. I enjoy his classes and would recommend him as a personal trainer any day.

'I have been training with Richard for around 3 months now as my previous trainer was frequently letting me down. Richard is reliable, listens to what you want to achieve and tailors his approach to meet your goals.
