If you find the thought of training on your own boring and uninspiring, why not find a friend who shares your determination to address their health and fitness goals and get them down to train with you. Depending on the client’s characteristics I will utilise any competitive spirit within my training sessions to ensure you both drive each other on to achieve more. I will also keep the sessions as interactive as possible to promote teamwork.
If you wish to train outside then I can come and meet the two of you at a time that suits you both. If you wish to train at a gym then prices will vary accordingly. Please contact us to discuss.
