Bored of the same monotonous training programme at your local gym or just starting out and prefer the great outdoors to the gym environment then 1-2-1 training sessions could be the answer. I can visit you wherever you want at a time that suits you. I offer bespoke training programmes tailored to your individual needs. The sessions will be challenging however I believe that in adding variety to all my sessions, this helps to stimulate the mind as well as the muscles thus creating a fun environment. Enjoyment increases motivation which leads the way to better results.
No programme would be complete without a balanced nutrition plan to run alongside it. Clients will also get a nutrition plan and continual guidance on what best to eat and drink to support their health and fitness goals. This will be inclusive within the price if 10 or 20 sessions are booked in advance see price list. If clients wish to train in the gym environment I have access to two gyms however prices will varying accordingly please contact us to discuss. Static health, fitness and strength tests will all be carried out here but only with your consent consent forms.
